Forgive the random posting of pics, more pictures were requested this week, so here are a few from the last month or so.

Date night
So... once every other week, one of us (Lee or I) pick up the kids for an extra-special date night. It's been fun coming up with ideas that will make some good memories. We have gone bowling, gone to a restaurant with sawdust on the floor, gone swimming in the river and made our own rock walls, and gone to Chuck-E-Cheese.
Last night, we went on a long bike ride down the bike path, the kids' first bike ride. Coming back, I heard Peyton chanting to himself "keep twying keep twying keep twying keep twying Peyton Brook Stockwell" He was huffing and puffing, and every time his foot slipped off, he'd readjust and start with the chanting again. It was the sweetest moment to witness, his amazing self-talk. :) Anyway, we came home, watched the Emporer's New Groove, and the kids made their own churros. Another successful date night. :)

Peyton is 4!
We had a birthday "picnic" party for Peyton last weekend. The original plan was to have it in the community area of picnic tables, but they were all reserved by a large reunion. So we made it work! Lee's neighbors brought some folding tables, and everyone lounged in the grass. Peyton had 6 friends attend, and we all had a great time.
